Following an Independent Examination and a positive referendum result, East Herts District Council decided, on 16 November 2022, to ‘make’ the Hunsdon Area Neighbourhood Plan.
Therefore, the Hunsdon Area Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan. The determination of planning applications will need to be made in accordance with the development plan.
The Parish Council congratulates the Neighbourhood Plan Group led by Cllr Frank O’Shea for concluding this notable achievement and records its gratitude to both the Group and everyone in our community that contributed to surveys and consultations that provided the core evidence for policies.
